Kirsty Nichol is a trained broadcast journalist, experienced presenter and producer. After graduating with an MA in Television Journalism from City University London Kirsty went on to present a series of travel documentaries for TravelXP HD, which involved her visiting countries across Europe as well as The Maldives and India.
Kirsty currently produces news content for Thomson Reuters and is involved in the production process as a whole. From newsgathering and reporting to writing and editing content. Previously Kirsty has worked for The Mirror and written for digital news providers such as The Huffington Post, MSN and Yahoo. Kirsty’s work means that she feels just as at home in front of the camera as she does in the editing suite.
At the moment she script writes and presents for a variety of clients including the Video News Factory, Base Touch London and Danetti Interiors.
Kirsty’s work has enabled her to interview a wide range of people from Simon Cowell to Nick Clegg. She has hosted cooking shows, reviewed some of the world’s best hotels and explored what it truly takes to deliver 5 star service in the travel industry.
